C N Dalvi, born on March 18, 1958, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1995 batch, Maharashtra cadre. He served as the District Collector of Pune, Maharashtra. Prior to this, he held the position of Deputy Secretary to the Chief Minister. Mr. Dalvi is a graduate and has had a distinguished career in the Indian Administrative Service.
