C. Murugan, born on May 7, 1976, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2007 batch, assigned to the West Bengal cadre. He holds a B.Sc. from Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore, and an M.Sc. from Kerala Agricultural University. Currently, he serves as the Deputy Chairperson at the Tea Board in Kolkata, West Bengal. Previously, he held the position of Additional Director.
