C M Prasad, born on January 2, 1936, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 Bihar cadre. He holds postgraduate degrees in Geography and Education, along with a graduate degree in Geography. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Junior Scale, Deputy Secretary, Joint Director, and Joint Secretary. His most recent position was Deputy Secretary in the Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department from June 1, 1992, to January 1, 1994.
