C M Leuva, born on April 2, 1941, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 Gujarat cadre. He holds graduate degrees in Economics and Law. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Deputy Collector, Additional Collector, Commissioner, Additional Registrar, District Development Officer, Managing Director, Deputy Secretary, Director, and Commissioner. His most recent position was Secretary in the Housing and Urban Development Department of Gujarat from June 1, 1999, to April 30, 2001.
