C L Pandeya, born on December 17, 1936, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1980 Madhya Pradesh cadre. He holds graduate and postgraduate degrees in Sanskrit. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Junior Scale, Under Secretary, Project Officer, District Collector, Competent Authority, and Deputy Secretary. His most recent position was Deputy Secretary in Madhya Pradesh from March 1, 1991, to December 1, 1994. He was associated with the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment during his service.
