C K Vishwanathan, born on 20 April 1950, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1989 Kerala cadre. He holds a Graduate degree in Botany and an LL.B. in Law. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Secretary, Commissioner, Director, District Collector, and Additional Secretary. His most recent position was Excise Commissioner in the Excise Department from 17 January 2009 to 30 April 2010.
