C Indhumathy, born on October 1, 1984, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2012 batch, serving in the Uttar Pradesh cadre. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from Anna University. Currently, she is the Special Secretary in the Department of Sugar Industries and Cane Development, a position she assumed on September 17, 2024. Previously, she served as a Director. Indhumathy is proficient in English, Tamil, and Hindi. She continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
