Deputy Secretary, National Commission for Minorities
C H Devadas, born on July 2, 1940, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1990 batch, Andhra Pradesh cadre. A graduate by education, he served in various capacities including Joint Collector and Deputy Secretary. His most recent position was Deputy Secretary at the National Commission for Minorities from June 1, 1999, to July 31, 2000. Throughout his career, Devadas contributed to administrative functions within his cadre and department before retiring from service.
