He holds a B.E. degree from Madurai Kamaj University and an M.B.A. from Pondicherry University. Currently, he serves as the Commissioner & Secretary in the Human Resources Department, Haryana. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Tamil, Mr. Kaanthan continues to contribute to the administrative framework of the state.
