C D Singh, born on September 30, 1941, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1966 Maharashtra cadre. He holds a graduate and postgraduate degree in History. Throughout his career, Singh served in various capacities including District Collector, Deputy Secretary, Joint Secretary, Secretary, Principal Secretary, Commissioner, Chairman, Additional Commissioner, Director, Deputy Director, Additional Collector, CEO, and Assistant Collector. His most recent designation was Member at the Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC). Singh's extensive service in the Maharashtra government reflects a broad administrative experience across multiple departments.
