C Chandramouli, born on 28 September 1960, is a retired IAS officer from the 1985 Tamil Nadu cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Economics and an M.A. in International Studies. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector and Magistrate, Joint Secretary, Additional Chief Secretary, and Managing Director. His most recent role was Secretary at the Administrative Reforms and Training, Pension and Public Grievances Departments in New Delhi from March 2018 to September 2020. He has been honored with the President of India Silver Medal for his service.
