C. C. Kotak, born on June 30, 1967, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2018 batch, serving in the Gujarat cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering. Currently, he is the Deputy Director General at the Sardar Patel Institute of Public Administration (SPIPA) in Ahmedabad. Proficient in Gujarati and Hindi, Mr. Kotak continues to contribute to public administration in his capacity. He remains in active service within the IAS.
