C Ashok Vardhan, born on November 4, 1953, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1980 Bihar cadre. He holds a graduate degree and a postgraduate degree in Political Science, along with a Certificate in Russian. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Principal Secretary, Director, Secretary, Rehabilitation Commissioner, Revenue Divisional Commissioner, Commissioner, Additional Secretary, District Collector and Magistrate, Settlement Officer, Vice Chairperson, Deputy Development Commissioner, and Sub-Divisional Officer. His most recent position was Additional Secretary from September 1, 2013, to November 30, 2013.
