C Arokkiyasamy, born on December 12, 1952, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1987 Tamil Nadu cadre. During his career, he held various positions including Additional Commissioner, Special Secretary, Joint Secretary, Joint Commissioner Director, Additional Director, and Project Coordinator. His most recent role was Additional Commissioner in the Irrigation and Water Resources Department, serving from March 6, 2008, to December 31, 2012.
