Busi Sam Bob, born on December 16, 1956, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 batch, Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree and a graduate degree in Political Science. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Assistant Collector, Sub Collector, Joint Collector, Managing Director, Secretary to Speaker, Director, Commissioner, Secretary, Principal Secretary, and Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister. His most recent position was Principal Secretary in the Transport Department, commencing on July 2, 2013. He also held the role of District Collector and Magistrate during his tenure in the IAS.
