Budithi Rajasekhar, born on December 15, 1964, is a retired IAS officer from the 1992 batch of the Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree and is proficient in Telugu. During his career, he served in the Agriculture and Cooperation Department, most recently as the Ex-Officio Special Chief Secretary of Andhra Pradesh from January 1, 2026. Prior to this, he held the position of Special Chief Secretary. His service reflects a dedicated tenure within the state administration.
