Budithi Rajasekhar, born on 15 December 1964, is a retired IAS officer of the 1992 Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.E. degree and a PG Diploma in Management. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector and Magistrate, Principal Secretary, Special Chief Secretary, Chief Executive Officer, and Project Director. His most recent designation was Ex-Officio Special Chief Secretary in the Agriculture and Cooperation Department of Andhra Pradesh from 1 January 2026. He is proficient in Telugu and has held numerous key administrative roles across the state government.
