Brijesh Kumar, born on 12 February 1936, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 batch of the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Economics. During his career, he served in various capacities including Junior Scale, Additional District Magistrate, General Manager, Joint Director, and Member. His most recent position was as a Member in the Finance Department from 1 July 1992 to 1 February 1994.
