Brij Lal Kosam, born on November 19, 1940, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1985 batch, Madhya Pradesh cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree and a graduate degree in Economics. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Junior Scale, Project Officer, Under Secretary, Sub-Divisional Officer, Additional Collector, Registrar, and Additional Commissioner.
