Brij Kumar Aggarwal, born on 15 June 1961, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1985 batch of the Himachal Pradesh cadre. Over his career, he served in various capacities including Chief Secretary to the Government, Joint Secretary, Principal Secretary, Secretary, Divisional Commissioner, and Managing Director. His most recent position was Secretary in the Personnel Department from 4 September 2019 to 30 December 2021.
