Brahm Deo Ram Tiwari, born on August 5, 1978, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2006 Assam Meghalaya cadre. He holds a B.A. and M.A. from Allahabad University. Currently, he serves as the Commissioner & Secretary at Meghalaya in the Border Areas Development Department, a position he has held since December 21, 2025. Fluent in English and Hindi, Mr. Tiwari continues to contribute to public administration within his cadre.
