Boota Ram Banga, born on February 5, 1945, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1991 Punjab cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree in Political Science. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Secretary, Director, Commissioner, Special Secretary, Additional Secretary, Joint Secretary, Managing Director, and Chairman and Managing Director. His most recent designation was Deputy Commissioner from December 30, 2003, to February 28, 2005. He also worked in the Land Revenue Department as Director of Census Operations.
