Bolung Siram is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1999 batch of the AGMUT cadre. Born on 23 August 1958, he served in various administrative capacities during his career. His most recent designation was Deputy Secretary at Arunachal Pradesh, a position he held from 31 January 2014 to 31 August 2018. Prior to this, he also served as Secretary. Bolung Siram's service in the Indian Administrative Service reflects his commitment to public administration and governance. He retired from active service after a distinguished career in the IAS.
