Bks Yadav, born on 12 February 1942, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 batch, Uttarakhand cadre. He holds a graduate degree and has served in various capacities throughout his career, including District Collector and Magistrate, Controller, Project Administrator, Special Secretary, Secretary, and Joint Secretary. His most recent position was Joint Secretary, held from 31 January 2001 to 28 February 2002. Yadav's extensive administrative experience spans multiple roles within the Indian Administrative Service.
