Bkp Sinha, born on January 15, 1931, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1981 Bihar cadre. He held various positions including Junior Scale, Deputy Secretary, Joint Secretary, Joint Director, and Deputy Development Commissioner. His most recent role was Deputy Development Commissioner in the Department of Planning and Programme Implementation from April 1, 1986, to January 1, 1989. He holds postgraduate qualifications in Geography, and graduate degrees in Law and Mathematics. Throughout his career, he contributed to multiple administrative capacities within the Bihar cadre before retiring from service.
