Biswajit Sen, born on December 1, 1942, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the West Bengal cadre, batch 0. He holds a postgraduate degree in Economics and a graduate degree in Economics. During his service, he held the position of Under Secretary in the Finance Department from February 1, 1982, to July 1, 1990. Prior to this, he served in the Junior Scale. His career was dedicated to administrative roles within the Finance Department.
