Bishwanath Singh, born on January 1, 1950, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1994 Bihar cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector and Magistrate, Managing Director, Project Director, Deputy Secretary, Additional Secretary, and Deputy Development Commissioner. His most recent position was Special Secretary in the Agriculture Department from August 5, 2009, to December 31, 2009.
