Bishnupada Sethi, born on March 21, 1967, is a 1995 batch Indian Administrative Service officer of the Odisha cadre. He holds graduate and postgraduate degrees. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of the Odisha Forest Development Corporation since February 6, 2026. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Principal Secretary to Government, Commissioner & Secretary, Director, Joint Secretary, Managing Director, and Officer on Special Duty in multiple departments. He is proficient in English, Hindi, and Oriya. Mr. Sethi continues to contribute to public administration in Odisha.
