Bishnupada Sethi, born on March 21, 1967, is a 1995 batch Indian Administrative Service officer of the Odisha cadre. He holds graduate and postgraduate degrees. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of the Odisha Forest Development Corporation since February 6, 2026. His previous roles include Officer on Special Duty in the GA & PG Department and Principal Secretary. Proficient in English, Hindi, and Oriya, Mr. Sethi continues to contribute to public administration in Odisha.
