Bishnu Prasad Panda, born on 23 May 1954, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the Odisha cadre, batch 0. During his service, he held the position of Secretary in the Board of Revenue from 21 October 2013 to 31 May 2014. He also served as Inspector General. His career in the IAS was marked by his roles within the Odisha cadre until his retirement.
