Bishnu Charan Mallick, an IAS officer of the 2007 batch from Rajasthan cadre, was born on 26/05/1975. He holds a B.A. from Utkal University Bhubaneswar, M.A., and M.Phil. from JNU New Delhi. With proficiency in English and Oriya, he served as Director (Census Operations) at the Registrar General and Census Commissioner of India.
