Birathiviraj M, born on November 8, 1994, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2019 batch, assigned to the Tamil Nadu cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Instrumentation from Anna University, Chennai, and PSG College of Technology. Currently, he serves as the Deputy Secretary to Government in the Finance Department, a position he has held since June 14, 2023. Birathiviraj is an active IAS officer contributing to the administrative framework of Tamil Nadu.
