Bipin Chand Chandola, born on 18 September 1945, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1986 batch of the Uttarakhand cadre. A graduate by education, he served in various capacities including Assistant Collector, District Collector and Magistrate, District Magistrate, Chief Development Officer, Special Secretary, Joint Secretary, and Commissioner. His most recent position was Commissioner in the Excise Department from 1 April 2002 to 30 September 2005. Throughout his career, Chandola held significant administrative roles contributing to governance and development within the Uttarakhand cadre.
