Binoda S Chaubey, born on October 21, 1943, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1984 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He held various key positions including Secretary Director, Commissioner, District Collector and Magistrate, Vice Chairman, Special Secretary Director, Special Secretary, Administrator, and Director at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh from October 1, 2002, to October 31, 2003.
