He holds an LL.B. degree and has served in various capacities including Managing Director, General Manager, Director, and Junior Scale positions within the Government of Uttar Pradesh. As of February 27, 2024, he is the Divisional Commissioner at Jhansi. Mr. Dubey continues to serve in the Government of Uttar Pradesh, contributing to its administrative functions.
