Bimal Kanti Das, born on December 31, 1960, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2005 batch, West Bengal cadre. He served in the Kolkata Metropolitan Development Authority, holding the position of Secretary from July 13, 2017. Throughout his career, he also held the roles of Secretary and Managing Director.
