Bimal C Ghosh, born on November 11, 1942, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1985 batch of the West Bengal cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Physics. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Sub Divisional Officer, Additional Executive Officer, Director, and Joint Secretary. His most recent position was Special Secretary in the Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department, held from January 1, 2002, to November 30, 2002.
