Bilal Mohiuddin Bhat, born on November 1, 1985, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2017 batch, serving in the A G M U T cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Veterinary Science (B.V.Sc.) degree. Currently, he is the Deputy Commissioner at J&K, a position he has held since February 23, 2026. His past experience includes serving as Deputy Commissioner in the Anantnag department. Bilal Mohiuddin Bhat continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
