Biju Prabhakar, born on 20 April 1965, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2004 Kerala cadre. He holds a B.Tech. and an M.B.A. Currently, he serves as the Chairman and Managing Director of Kerala State Electricity Board Ltd, a position he has held since 7 July 2021. Throughout his career, he has held various roles including Secretary, Director, Commissioner, Managing Director, Project Director, and Under Secretary. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
