Bijit Kumar Dhar, born on August 30, 1965, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2012 batch, assigned to the West Bengal cadre. Currently serving in the Home and Hill Affairs Department (Election Branch), he holds the position of Additional Chief Electoral Officer since January 1, 2025. Mr. Dhar continues to contribute to the administrative framework of West Bengal through his role in the election branch.
