Bijay Kumar Dash, born on 16 May 1967, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2012 batch, Odisha cadre. He holds an M.Sc. and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management. Currently, he serves as the Additional Secretary in the Health and Family Welfare Department of Odisha since 22 July 2025. Previously, he has held the position of Secretary. He continues to be an active member of the Indian Administrative Service.
