Bijan Kumar Kundu, born on 16 May 1947, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1987 batch, West Bengal cadre. During his career, he held several key positions including Labour Commissioner, Additional District Magistrate, Joint Secretary, Secretary, and Special Secretary. His most recent role was Special Secretary in the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Department, serving from 17 June 2004 to 31 May 2007.
