Bidyut Bhattacharyya-I, born on December 31, 1960, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2005 batch, West Bengal cadre. He served in the Department of Technical Education, holding the position of Additional Secretary from April 25, 2014. Prior to this, he was appointed as Commissioner in the Junior Scale. Throughout his career, Bhattacharyya contributed to various administrative roles within his cadre until his retirement.
