Bidya Nand Singh, born on 21 October 1967, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2013 batch, serving in the Bihar cadre. He holds a graduate degree and has held the position of Director. Since 2 June 2025, he has been serving as the District Magistrate of Buxar, Bihar. Currently in service, Bidya Nand Singh continues to contribute to the administrative framework of Bihar through his leadership role.
