Bidisha Mukherjee, born on 15 November 1975, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2015 batch, Madhya Pradesh cadre. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree. Currently, she serves as the Deputy Secretary in the Public Health Engineering Department of Madhya Pradesh, a position she has held since 30 September 2025. Previously, she held the role of Additional Managing Director. She continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
