Bidhu B Bhawal, born on February 28, 1940, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1986 batch, West Bengal cadre. He served in the Home Department, holding the position of Joint Secretary from July 1, 1995, to February 28, 1998. Prior to this, he was Additional District Magistrate. Mr. Bhawal is a graduate and has contributed to the administrative services during his tenure.
