Bidhi Chand, born on 15 June 1950, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1990 batch of the Punjab cadre. Throughout his career, he held multiple key positions including Deputy Commissioner, Commissioner, Director, Joint Secretary, Additional Deputy Commissioner, and Special Secretary. He served as Secretary in the Cooperation Department from 15 January 2008 to 30 June 2010. His extensive administrative experience spans various roles at different levels of government, culminating in his tenure as Secretary before retirement.
