Bhupinder Singh-II, born on 29 September 1963, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2007 Punjab cadre. He holds a B.A. in History and Civil Laws from Punjabi University, Patiala, and an M.A. in International Politics from Panjab University. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Junior Scale, Deputy Commissioner, District Magistrate, Executive Director, Director, and Special Secretary. His most recent position was Special Secretary in the Health and Family Welfare Department, commencing on 4 May 2022. Singh’s extensive service reflects his commitment to administrative roles within the Punjab government.
