Bhupinder Kumar, born on 12 December 1986, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2011 batch, serving in the A G M U T cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Electronics & Telecom Engineering and an M.A. in Public Policy. Currently, he is the Director at the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, New Delhi, a position he has held since 9 November 2025. His previous roles include Resident Commissioner and Secretary. Bhupinder Kumar continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
