Bhupinder Kaur Aulakh, born on January 31, 1970, is a 1997 batch Indian Administrative Service officer of the Uttarakhand cadre. She holds an M.B.B.S. in Physiology and Medicine from Guru Nanak Dev University and an M.P.H. in Public Health from Harvard University. Currently, she serves as Secretary of the Watershed Development Department since April 1, 2019. Her extensive career includes roles such as Managing Director, Deputy Secretary, Technical Officer, Additional Secretary, District Collector, Project Director, Under Secretary, Project Officer, Probationer, and Assistant Collector. She continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
