Bhupesh Chaudhary, born on August 9, 1982, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2014 batch, serving in the AGMUT cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Information Technology from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi, and an MBA in Business Administration from IIT Delhi. Currently, he is the Administrative Secretary at Ladakh, a position he has held since March 2, 2026. His departmental responsibilities include Industries and Commerce (including Mining and Geology), Civil Aviation, Science and Technology, and Agriculture and Horticulture.
