Bhupesh Chaudhary, born on August 9, 1982, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2014 batch, serving in the AGMUT cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Information Technology from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi, and an MBA in Business Administration from IIT Delhi. Currently, he is the Administrative Secretary at Ladakh, a position he has held since March 2, 2026. His departmental responsibilities include Industries and Commerce (including Mining and Geology), Civil Aviation, Science and Technology, and Agriculture and Horticulture. Previously, he has served as Administrative Secretary and Sub-Divisional Magistrate. He is proficient in English.
