Bhupendra Singh Poonia, born on 15 August 1981, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2008 batch, Odisha cadre. He holds a B.A. from Rajasthan University, Jaipur, and an M.A. from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. Currently, he serves as the Commissioner-cum-Secretary in the Skill Development and Technical Education Department, Odisha, a position he has held since 22 July 2025. Previously, he was the Managing Director. Bhupendra Singh Poonia is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
